食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，7月16日歐盟公報(bào)發(fā)布 2014/463/eu號(hào)委員會(huì)實(shí)施決定，批準(zhǔn)微藻裂殖壺菌（schizochytrium sp.）油脂作為新型食品配料投放市場(chǎng)，并廢止 2003/427/ec和 2009/778/ec號(hào)決定。附錄 i列出了該新型食品配料的規(guī)格，附錄ii制定了使用范圍及最大用量。
裂殖壺菌（schizochytrium）又稱裂壺藻，屬于真菌門（eumycota）、網(wǎng)粘菌綱、破囊壺菌目、破囊壺菌科的一類海洋真菌，單細(xì)胞、球形。 裂殖壺菌（schizochytrium）是一類類藻的海洋真菌，富含dha。

oil ｆｒｏｍ the micro-algae schizochytrium sp. as specified in annex i may be placed on the market in the union as a novel food ingredient for the uses defined and at the maximum levels established in the annex ii without prejudice to the provisions of directive 2002/46/ec, regulation （ec） no 1925/2006, directive 2009/39/ec and directive 96/8/ec.

the designation of oil ｆｒｏｍ the micro-algae schizochytrium sp. authorised by this decision on the labelling of the foodstuffs containing it shall be ’oil ｆｒｏｍ the micro-algae schizochytrium sp.‘。
