據歐盟網站消息，8月18日歐盟發布（eu）no751/2012號法規，修訂（ec）no1235/2008號規定中涉及從第三國進口有機產品的相關規定。

新法規將自公布之日起生效，自7月1日起實施，適用于所有成員國。
