&bull 精益轉運操作者misuzumashi : &ldquo精益轉運操作者&rdquo是負責超市間所有內部物流移動任務的操作者。
&bull 看板和順序板kanban(junjo):(將會著重介紹)。看板和順序板是目視化溝通的一種手段。用于快捷的每日生產管理。
&bull 生產-物流契約與節拍: 節拍時間是客戶要求的制造周期 (每件產品生產的時間)。
&bull 精益物流箱: 精益物流箱是一個按照約定的產能,對每天發給生產系統定單的生產數量進行平衡的工具。
&bull 精益平衡箱: 平衡生產的方法。每種產品都用其不變的循環時間進行生產。 (epe&ndash一種產品一種固定的時間間隔)。
&bull 精益批量控制器: 從平衡箱接受看板,直至建立起來一個批次(服務于順序器)。

a two-day workshop to assist production(logistics)managers and plant managers to develop a coordinated approach to optimise production flow and wip level management in a manufacturing enterprise. this workshop will give you tools to prevent overproduction, transmit production instructions to the operators, promote visual control, promote a propitious enviroment for continuous improvement and help to define standards for each production process. and are tried-and-true ways to improve your management process and impact the bottom line.
what the seminar will help you achieve:
&bull pull-system and kanban overview: a model that can be followed to get started with creation of logistics flow creation of information flow, starting with customer order link production with logistics to implement a &ldquopull flow system&rdquo.
&bull main concepts and components of pull flow:
the supermarket
the mizusumashi
the kanban(junjo)
production &ndash logistics contract and takt
the logistic box
the levelling box
the batch building device
the sequencer.
&bull the supermarket: &ldquosupermarkets&rdquo are the storage infrastructure necessary to operate a good internal logistics flow.
&bull the misuzumashi : &ldquomizusumashi&rdquo is the operator that drives all internal logistics movements between supermarkets.
&bull the kanban(junjo)(will be introduce in a detailed way): the kanban (junjo) is a means of visual communication, used for easy and quick daily production management.
&bull production &ndash logistics contract and takt: the takt time is the customer demand cycle (time per unit).
&bull the logistics box: the logistics box is a tool to level the volume of daily orders released to production according to the contracted capacity.
&bull the leveling box: production levelling means to produce every product in a constant cycle of time (epe &ndash every product every interval).
&bull the batch building box: receives the kanbans from the leveling box until a batch is built (for the sequencer).
&bull the sequencer: assures kanbans fifo.
